What We Found
City View Lofts stands out for its historic 1910 building, exposed brick and vaulted ceilings, and property manager Wendy's hands-on attention to residents. A small downtown community with strong neighbor networks and concierge amenities. Move-in processes and entrance logistics need work, and some units lack soundproofing from street noise.
Most reviewers credit Wendy with making the experience smooth and caring, though two long-term residents found her management style became hostile during lease disputes.
