Most reviewers describe warm staff and good food at this Montrose senior community. Residents say the activity calendar keeps them busy. One 1-star review describes neglected personal care for a family member, so families should ask detailed questions.
Reviewers at Holden Heights Apartments mostly describe friendly staff, quick maintenance, and a walkable Heights location. Many residents stayed for years and praise the pool, gym, and community events. Ratings are strong overall, with 81% of Google ratings at five stars. The praise centers on people. Miguel, Hailey, and Wallace come up often for tours and move-in help. One long-time resident said neighbor noise through the walls was a downside. A 1-star review describes a security deposit still unpaid months after move-out.
Guests describe clean, well-furnished units near the Medical Center. Many single out staff for quick replies and flexibility when treatment plans or stays change. Reviews are nearly all five stars, though only one is from a patient-and-family perspective with detailed complaints absent.
Most guests report stress-free short stays with clean apartments and responsive staff, especially those visiting for medical treatment. Older reviews reveal serious issues: missed lease signings, ignored cancellation requests, and staff who vanished when problems arose.
All three reviews award five stars. Reviewers highlight convenient furnished units with free parking and essentials, suitable for short work trips. Evidence is limited and reviews are dated, so service consistency remains unclear.
Only one Google review exists, a five-star rating from 11 years ago. That guest found the unit roomy, the hosts quick to reply, and the location handy. Evidence is very limited.
Two five-star reviews offer limited insight, but praise centers on value and location. Evidence is thin; more recent feedback would clarify current service quality.
Briar Forest offers clean, well-furnished units with good amenities like a gym, garage, and conference room. Tech support wait times are lengthy, and trash management relies on resident cooperation.
