Reviewers at Holden Heights Apartments mostly describe friendly staff, quick maintenance, and a walkable Heights location. Many residents stayed for years and praise the pool, gym, and community events. Ratings are strong overall, with 81% of Google ratings at five stars.
The praise centers on people. Miguel, Hailey, and Wallace come up often for tours and move-in help. One long-time resident said neighbor noise through the walls was a downside. A 1-star review describes a security deposit still unpaid months after move-out.
