What We Found
Reviewers rarely mention a problem with the leasing team. Visitors describe tours that feel easy, and several name the same staff members for going out of their way. Most reviews praise the building's look, finishes, and service.
Complaints are few but specific. One reviewer says the elevators keep breaking down. Another says the advertised price felt misleading and reports a sewer smell. Those points are worth checking on a visit.
