What We Found

Most recent reviews praise the staff, especially leasing agent Taylor and maintenance worker Adolfo. Several 5-star reviewers say the team is kind and quick to help. The 1-star reviews are sharper, raising pests, a closed or dirty pool, and a manager's tone.

Security is the sharpest concern in the set. One reviewer says robberies and vandalism rose over two months and that management is not acting. A long-time resident also says gym equipment is broken and stolen. Weigh these against the strong staff praise before you decide.
