What We Found

Reviewers keep returning to fast repairs. Tenants describe maintenance visits that often happen the same day, including a Sunday A/C fix and a thermostat repair done in minutes. Many say the staff are kind and easy to deal with.

Beyond repairs, reviewers mention a friendly leasing team, a quiet and clean building, and a welcoming move-in day. One tenant who relies on a service dog said staff called ahead before visiting. Pet owners should still confirm pet policies directly with the property.

Reviewers who praise this complex mostly point to the leasing office. Staff like Betsy get named for quick follow-up, and many say repairs get handled on time. The 4.0-range rating is split, though, and the low reviews are harsh. Negative reviews describe roaches, broken gate codes, and car break-ins. Several renters also dispute move-out charges and deposit returns. Long-time residents say management and maintenance got worse after staff changes.

Stella at The Medical Center

3.8(350)✓ Google-verified

Stella attracts renters seeking affordability near downtown and the Medical Center. Location and price draw praise, as do certain maintenance staff and gym updates. However, persistent security gaps (broken gates, vehicle break-ins, package theft), water outages, billing confusion, and poor communication during disputes undermine the value proposition. Management changes and system updates have not yet resolved these core frustrations.

Reviewers praise the friendly leasing team, roomy layouts, and quiet grounds. Maintenance gets mixed marks: some fix requests are quick, while others drag on for weeks. Roaches and pool noise also come up.
